Your Tasks
- Providing on-site service, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and systems, as well as training customers and employees
- Providing technical support and advice to customers, subcontractors and plant engineers on operational and maintenance issues
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hardware, software and communication faults, and identifying the most efficient solutions to minimise downtime
- Preparing reports to analyse trends in product failures and service issues, as well as performing commissioning and service work
- Organising and conducting customer training and project management for automation systems
- Validation and strength testing in the test laboratory, as well as maintenance and after-sales service support for hand tools.
Your profile
- University degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of engineering, electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and good basic knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English, preferably with a TOEIC score above 700 points
- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within an assigned area
